If you are looking for an organization to support this year I can 1000% recommend Binkeez for Comfort. They have been amazing and care about the recipients past and present. They make the most amazing blankets. Manual received one while inpatient and after he passed I ordered one with unicorns of course. It is our favorite blanket.
